One of life’s great pleasures is leisurely floating down a body of water on a hot day with people you love. As temperatures continue to rise (it’s going to be 90 on Friday!), that means more and more people will be looking for a way to beat the heat!
Most people do the activity from Memorial Day weekend to late August. River waters tend to be colder and more rapid earlier in the summer, with the waters getting stiller as the summer progresses.
